In 2004, the Engineering Students’ Society partnered with the University of Alberta Students’ Union to construct an Information Desk in ETLC, and since 2012, the ESS has been the sole owner of the office space next to Tim Horton’s.
The ESS holds regular office hours out of this location, providing several services:

- Engineering Merchandise
- ESS and Club Event Tickets
- Hole Punch and Stapler
